Giclée Printing on Archival Paper and Canvas
Giclée prints are produced on archival pigment printers that render smooth gradients, accurate skin tones, and deep shadow detail at the level expected for fine art reproduction. Two paper finishes are available: lustre, which has a slight sheen that enhances color saturation and contrast, and matte, which eliminates surface reflection for a soft, gallery-style presentation. Both papers are archival and lignin-free, meeting the same standard as the mat boards and backing materials used in the framing process. Canvas giclée is also available with gallery-wrap or museum-wrap stretching.

Common Questions
What is the minimum image resolution for a good print?
We recommend a minimum of 300 DPI at the target print size for sharp, detailed results. Files at 150 DPI will print but may show softness in fine details at close viewing distance. The upload tool displays a quality indicator that flags low-resolution files before you finalize the order.
Can I crop or adjust my image before printing?
The builder includes basic cropping and positioning controls. You can adjust the crop area and reposition the image within the print dimensions. For color correction, exposure adjustment, or retouching, we recommend editing your file in dedicated software before uploading.
What file formats are accepted?
JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files are accepted. JPEG is the most common format for photographs. PNG supports transparency but prints on opaque paper. TIFF files preserve the highest quality and are preferred for professional and fine-art images. Maximum upload size is 100 MB per file.
How long does it take?
