Baseball Display Cases

Baseball Display Cases & Baseball Bat Display Cases

A baseball display case holds a ball, a bat, or both behind glazing in a shadow box built to your exact size. At CustomPictureFrames.com we make the shadow box frame itself, deep enough for a ball, a bat, or both, with felt or suede interior backing in your choice of color and clear framer's grade acrylic glazing. You arrange the interior the way you want, with your own foam cradle, bat brackets, or display stand. These frames suit signed baseballs, game bats, first-game keepsakes, and team displays. Standard orders ship in 3-5 business days. Open the shadow box designer to enter your dimensions and set up your baseball display.

Design Your Baseball Display Case

Enter the width, height, and depth your ball or bat needs. Single ball, single bat, or a combined layout all work.

Custom Baseball Display Cases

Single-ball cases are the most common build. The ball sits in a foam cradle or small stand against the interior backing, with felt or suede in your choice of color. Multi-ball cases hold a small grouping (a season's worth of game balls, a series, or a team set) in the same layout. For a signed ball, clear framer's grade acrylic keeps the signature readable and the case light to hang. You supply the cradle or stand; we build the frame.

Baseball Bat Display Cases

Bat displays mount the bat against the interior backing, horizontally or vertically, using brackets or hardware you supply. Size the case to the bat length plus a margin on each side. Double-bat layouts handle two bats side-by-side or crossed. Depth needs to clear the thickest part of the bat barrel by a small margin so the glazing sits flat.

Display a Ball and Bat Together

Combined layouts are popular for milestone displays: a first MLB game, a championship series, a final game with a coach. Size the frame to the full layout, position the bat horizontally with the ball in a cradle below it or in a corner, and add a photo or scorecard alongside if there is room. Engraved nameplates work especially well on combination displays, where the date and event give the whole piece context.

Add an Engraved Nameplate

Add the player name, date, score, or milestone on a brass engraved plate mounted to the interior backing or the moulding face. See finishes and layout options on the brass nameplates page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do your shadow box frames work for baseballs?
Yes. Our custom shadow box frames are built to your exact dimensions and go deep enough to hold a single ball, a small grouping, or a signed ball. You choose the frame size and interior backing color, then arrange a foam cradle or small display stand inside to keep the ball centered. The cradle is not included; we focus on the frame.
Do your shadow boxes work for baseball bats?
Yes. Our shadow boxes go deep enough for a bat display, horizontal or vertical, single or double. Size the frame to the bat length plus a margin, choose your depth, and mount the bat against the interior backing using your own brackets or display hardware.
Can you display a ball and a bat together?
Yes. Combination layouts (one or two bats with a ball, plus room for a photo or scorecard) are common for milestone displays such as a first MLB game or a championship season. Size the case to the full layout you want and the designer will hold the depth across the whole interior.
Will this work for a signed ball or bat?
Yes. Signed pieces are common. Clear framer's grade acrylic keeps the signature reading clearly and the case light to hang, and it stays clear across the depth of a shadow box. Framer's grade glazing is standard and fine for most indoor display.
What sizes do you build?
Every case is built to your exact dimensions. Single-ball cases are usually small, bat cases run wider, and combined ball-and-bat cases run the longest. Enter your dimensions in the shadow box designer and pricing updates in real time.
How long do baseball display cases take to ship?
Standard orders ship in 3-5 business days. Combined ball-and-bat builds and deeper cases follow the same window in most cases. Every case is made to order at your specified dimensions and tracking goes out by email when the order ships.
