Picture Framing for Art Consultants, Curators & Corporate Collections
Museum-quality archival framing and giclée reproduction for full-service consultants placing collections in corporate offices, hotels, healthcare, and multifamily properties.
Most consultants set up 3 to 5 house frame profiles and mat configurations on file with us, then route project-by-project orders against those standard specs. We build with archival mats and framer's grade acrylic on every fine art piece, batch-match the moulding so finishes are consistent across an install, label cartons in install order, and ship direct to your install site. Tier pricing scales with annual volume.
Picture Framing Services for Art Consultants and Collection Managers
Built around how consultants actually deliver projects: house specs on file, batch consistency across installs, and packing that matches your placement schedule.
House specs on file
Lock in 3 to 5 standard frame profiles and mat configurations. Every project draws from your house book.
Batch-matched finishes
All mouldings on an install cut from the same stock run. Color and grain match across every wall.
Placement-schedule packing
Cartons labeled in install order with room IDs. Your crew unpacks and hangs without sorting.
Direct-to-site shipping
Ship to install address with date windows coordinated with your PM or GC. Manifest included.
Archival on every piece
Archival mats, reversible mounting, framer's grade acrylic standard on fine art and reproduction.
Tier pricing for ongoing work
Annual-volume tier pricing on your house specs. Project quotes still available for one-offs.
What is museum-quality framing, in plain terms?
Museum-quality framing means three things in practice. First, the mat board is archival (cotton or alpha-cellulose) so it will not yellow or off-gas onto the artwork over time. Second, the mounting is reversible: the piece can be removed years later undamaged. Third, acid-free matting and archival mounting, paired with display out of direct sunlight, are what slow pigment fading. Combined, these protect the artwork well enough that a curator would not flinch at the build. We use this standard on every fine art piece, not as an upgrade.
Can you reproduce an original in multiple sizes for a corporate install?
Yes. We produce archival giclée reproductions from your supplied high-resolution files. Common project shapes: scaling one original up to fit a specific lobby wall, producing matched sets of three or four pieces for a hallway run, or replicating a single artist's work across multiple property locations with identical color across all copies. We color-match to your reference proof so the reproduction reads the same as the source.
How do you handle a multi-floor or multi-property rollout?
We work from your placement schedule. Every piece gets tagged with the room or unit ID, then packed in install order so the crew on site can unpack carton-by-carton and hang sequentially. For multi-property rollouts (hotel groups, multifamily portfolios, multi-office corporate clients) we ship to each address on the date you specify, with a manifest tied to that property's placement schedule. The goal is for the install day to look like assembly, not a scavenger hunt.
What kinds of installs do you typically frame for?
Corporate headquarters and regional offices. Hotel guest rooms, lobbies, corridors, and amenity spaces. Hospital and healthcare campuses (patient rooms, family areas, public corridors). Multifamily lobbies, amenity floors, and model units. Restaurant groups standardizing across locations. Multi-tenant office towers. Private residences for high-end interior designers and consultants serving collectors.
Do you offer oversized framing for large lobby pieces?
Yes. Oversize is routine. Lobby pieces, oversized photography, and gallery-scale canvas are within our manufacturing range. For pieces over 40 inches we spec reinforced corner joints and thicker glazing to handle the weight and stay rigid against gravity. Send dimensions and image specs and we will recommend the right build with corresponding pricing.
